We are happy to offer full exchange or credit note on all products, excluding earrings, providing that they are returned in their original, unworn condition and with valid store receipt.
This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After these 30 days, an exchange will no longer be valid.
Earring Returns
Due to health and hygiene, we will not be able to offer exchange on any earrings once purchased.
Jewellery Collections
Please note that all jewellery repairs/commissions will not be given out to customers that do not have a valid repair receipt.
